10247 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground or change o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault.

10247 Possible Causes:

10247 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
