This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground or change o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
10247 Possible Causes:
10247 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10247 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
