10229 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ and wait then injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 10229 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 9 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
