This something to do with the intake camshaft timing power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', maximum stop performance also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
10226 Possible Causes:
10226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 10226 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
