10223 Description And Summary :

When you open reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+ or engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit is the final reason of the code.

10223 Possible Causes:

10223 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 10223 Code

  • Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
