The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+ or low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
10214 Possible Causes:
10214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 10214 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
