The problem is about data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich also secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
10201 Possible Causes:
10201 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10201 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c control module requested, mil illumination
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
