102 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
102 Possible Causes:
102 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 102 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
