When you open fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich or powertrain data bus, missing message from instrument cluster is the final reason of the code. |
10196 Possible Causes:
10196 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 10196 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, implausible message from brake controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
