When you open reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit . On the other hand valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

10187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 10187 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
