The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
10178 Possible Causes:
10178 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 10178 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
