When you open reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground also starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
10167 Possible Causes:
10167 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 10167 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
