10163 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off . On the other hand injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
10163 Possible Causes:
10163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 10163 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission request torque reduction, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
