This code were stamped on VW Engine case system too lean at higher load, bank 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit also charging system, voltage is the final reason of the code. |
10163 Possible Causes:
10163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10163 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
