10159 Description And Summary : |

When you open malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean and wait then clutch temperature, control is the final reason of the code. |
10159 Possible Causes:
10159 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10159 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
