This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ also please check dtc memory of steering angle sensor is the final reason of the code. |
10146 Possible Causes:
10146 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 10146 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
