This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ and wait then nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
10146 Possible Causes:
10146 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10146 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
