The problem is about engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine coolant level low also data-bus powertrain, missing message from fuel injection pump will delay your vw fault. |
10117 Possible Causes:
10117 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Inspect all the connections fuel supply heater, control circuit high
