10106 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), regulation range exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
10106 Possible Causes:
10106 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10106 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
