10102 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle angle signal stuck on also valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault.

10102 Possible Causes:

10102 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 10102 Code

  • Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
