101 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control module defect it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open and reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
101 Possible Causes:
101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 101 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 4 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
