Staring in engine injector data, incompatible mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
10061 Possible Causes:
10061 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 10061 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant degassing valve, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
