Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ and wait then turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code.
