Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low also reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
10046 Possible Causes:
10046 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 10046 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
