This code were stamped on VW Engine case ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of abs control module and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
10029 Possible Causes:
10029 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 10029 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
