This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, higher limit not reached run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed shift lock, open or fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, lower limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |
10026 Possible Causes:
10026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10026 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
