This something to do with the intake camshaft timing generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake bank 2, system too lean off idle or change radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault. |
10021 Possible Causes:
10021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

What To Check After Fixing 10021 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
