10016 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after mass and wait then exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error is the final reason of the code. |
10016 Possible Causes:
10016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 10016 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
