The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance also fuel level sensor 2, circuit high voltage will delay your vw fault. |
10010 Possible Causes:
10010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10010 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
