10009 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'c' primary control, short to plus causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system event data recorder request, circuit / open and fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault.

10009 Possible Causes:

10009 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 10009 Code

  • Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
