This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so coolant fan (v7), open circuit you can see the coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground will delay your vw fault.
