Staring in engine transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed or change intake air heater "a", circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
09993 Possible Causes:
09993 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09993 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
