This something to do with the intake camshaft timing air leak between throttle body and intake valves run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high and wait then exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
09991 Possible Causes:
09991 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09991 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
