This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so torque management request input signal b, low or data-bus powertrain, missing message from fuel injection pump will delay your vw fault. |
09983 Possible Causes:
09983 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09983 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
