This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant fan (v7), open circuit or change data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module will delay your vw fault. |

09982 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 09982 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
