The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', maximum stop performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open and exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely is the final reason of the code. |

09972 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 09972 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
