The problem is about engine coolant level low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit high and wait then reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
09971 Possible Causes:
09971 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09971 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
