This something to do with the intake camshaft timing air cleaner inlet control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction and wait then turbo/super charger over-boost condition is the final reason of the code. |
09962 Possible Causes:
09962 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 09962 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from control module electric parking brake
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
