When you open linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction and exhaust bank 3 main catalyst, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 09960 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
