This code were stamped on VW Engine case solenoid ev 7 (n94), electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ you can see the shift lock, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
09949 Possible Causes:
09949 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 09949 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
