09936 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about signal for back-up lights, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) . On the other hand air leak between maf and throttle body is the final reason of the code. |

09936 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09936 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
