The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature and reversing light, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
09933 Possible Causes:
09933 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 09933 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
