The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground . On the other hand a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault.

09929 Possible Causes:

09929 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
