09902 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197) causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system kick down switch, error message from engine contr. you can see the system too rich at higher load, bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
09902 Possible Causes:
09902 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09902 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
