09901 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded . So for next oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |
09901 Possible Causes:
09901 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 09901 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
