This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high . So for next intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
09882 Possible Causes:
09882 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09882 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
