The problem is about reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil 'i' secondary circuit, malfunction and charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

09874 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 09874 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
