Staring in engine hc adsorption catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses or relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
09873 Possible Causes:
09873 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09873 Code
- Inspect all the connections air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
