When you open evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit low and wait then air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf is the final reason of the code. |
09868 Possible Causes:
09868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 09868 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
