09864 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after mass
