Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition switch run/start position, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low . On the other hand fuel additive control module requested mil illumination is the final reason of the code. |
09862 Possible Causes:
09862 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 09862 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
