This something to do with the intake camshaft timing water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ . So for next exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 09861 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
