Accumulated in electronic control units so intake air heater "a", circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor signal for back-up lights, short to ground also engine torque reduction, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09855 Possible Causes:
09855 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09855 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, lower limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
